Asiago Cheese Dip

  • 1 cup of good quality mayonnaise*
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1/4 cup of green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup white mushrooms, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped

Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

In a bowl blend mayonnaise, sour cream and 1/2 cup of Asiago cheese. Fold in onions, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour mixture into a loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers, The Fresh Market French Rounds or pita chips.

*I like Duke's Mayonnaise
